Refund Policy

MIAM Returns are free in EU. If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 20 days of receipt, providing they are in the original resalable condition with tags in place.

Once returned, you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged in their original packaging, so they will not get damaged during shipping.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM:

1. Please use a return form included in your package.

2. Please fill out the form and place inside the return package.

3. Attach on your package the return shipping label you received with your order.

4. Find your nearest DHL service point for drop off:

https://mydhl.express.dhl and arrange pick-up. 

5. If you selected Parcel Connect Service, you can return your package back to the same location you you picked it up from. Please be sure to have your return label on your parcel.

For outside EU returns, please mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked off on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
